Rags to Riches

Once upon a time there lived rich man. His wife was died. She had a little daughter. She was very beautifyl like an angel. She was called Cindrella.
After his wife's death, he married again for his little infant daughter. His second wife gave birth to two daughters. After some years, the rich man died. After his death, Cindrella's step mother treated her badly. And not give her food to eat and good clothes to wear. Even cruel towards Cindrella. They didn't like her.
Cindrella was made to work from morning to late night like a maid. She did all the household work even then her stepmother scolded her every time Poor Cindrella had no one to wipe her tears.
From a child, now she became a beautiful young girl, but her life had not changed.
Their town's prince was very handsome and charming. One day, the Royal prince invited all the young ladies of the town to his palace for a grand paty.
Cindrella's steps were also invited and they started preparing for the bsh. Cindrella also wanted to attend this bash but her step sisters scolded her and gave her lot of hosehold work to do.
Cindrella step mother and her sisters left the home for a bash. Cindrella sat in corner of her house and began to cry. She shouted on herself on herself and said, "O God, please take me up with you.
Suddenly an old lady with a beautiful evening gown with wings and magic stick in her hand was standing in front of the Cindrella. Cindrella was amazed and asked "who are you ?"
"I am your Fairy God mother" she  replied and said "I know uou would love to gho to the bash.
Cindrella replied "How can I go in these shabby clothes ? No one will allow me to go inside the palace. She fairly smiled and put her magic stick at Cindrella's forehead. Cindrella found herself wearing the lmost beautiful dress. Again Cindrella strarted crying.
Fairy asked |what happened dear ?" Cindrella replied " how can I go to palace ?" Fariey said " don't cry my child. Go and get me a pumpkin and three birds from the cage. Cindrella followed her advice and brought alll the things.

Fairy touched her magical stick to the pumpkin and that turned into a extravagant coach and two sprrows became horse, third sparrow was turned into coach man, in a dress. Fairy said to Cindrella "now you are ready to go in bash." You will soon see that prince. But remember one thing, you have to leave the bash at mid night, at the stroke of midnight my magic would run out and every thing will come again in the past position." Cindrella nodded and went off. When she reached the palace, thre bash was   going on. As soon as she entered in a palace reverybody started looking at a beautiful girl. The two step sisters also surprised who the new comer was and they were too. Prince invited Cindrella for the dance. He danced with Cindrella all evening. Cindrella had a wonderful evening. But all of a sudden when she heard the sound of clock, it was a near to mid night and it was the time when she had to leave the bash. Without having said good bye to prince, she left the bash. In a hurry she tripped on her one glass slipper on the stairs. Prince tried to follow her but she ran down the steps.
As the clock struck twelve all the magic vanished. She was again in her dirty clothes but prince could not forget her.  He was now madly in love with her. He announced, "I will marry the girl who has left one of her slippers."
Prince guards started searching the girl by going every home of the town and asking for trail of slipper to each girl. But the slipper did not fit to any girls feet. At last they reached Cindrella's house. Her step sisters tried slipper , but it did not fit to either of them.
Cindrella was standing in cover, Prince guard asked her to try that slipper but her step mother said, "NO, she is our maid." Prince guard ordered that every girl has to try this. Cinderella tried and it fitted her so perfectly as it was made for her.
Cindrella step mother started scolding her and said, "She cannot have been at the bash and prince has to marry one of my daughters."
Prince guard asked Cindrella to bring other slipper. Cindrella brought the other slipper from her room.
Her step mother and step sisters were shocked and they said, "can't you see how ugly she is !"
Suddenly the fairy god mother appeared and again touched her magical stick to Cindrella's forehead and now Cindrella appeared in a beautiful flourished dress. Prince people said to Cindrella "come mam with us prince charming is waiting for you." She  was taken to the prince. They married and lived happily.

Quality of human

QUALITY QULITY           I  knew him from the days of my extreme me youth, because he made my father’s boots. He lived with his elder brother in his shop, which was in a small by-street in a fashionable part of London. The shop had a certain quiet distinction. There was no sign upon it other than the name of Gassler Brothers; and in the window a few pairs of boots. He made only what was ordered, and what he made never failed to fit. To make boots----such boots as he made ---seemed to me then, and still seems to me, mysterious and wonderful. I remember well my shy remarks, one day, while stretching out to him my youthful foot. “Isn’t it awfully hard to do, Mr. Gassler?’’ And his answer, given with a sudden smile from out of the redness of his beard: “Id is an art!”   It was not possible to go to him very often his boots lasted terribly, having something beyond the ...

The doctor got into his clothes. He went to the table and stared a moment at his watch, his spirit complaint at the horrible hour and he wondered why children had to be boun at such improper times. He took up two smail handbags, the short pill bag, as the people of the town know it, and the long obstetrical case, the haby bag they called it.    Doctor Benson stopped a moment to light and, then put the pack of cigar...
